I enjoy getting to know who I am photographing and creating a relationship because when I start to fully understand the nuances, quirks, and qualities that make your love unique, it allows me to translate that into meaningful photographs, not just pretty pictures.

My passion for photography started when my two older sisters gifted me a digital camera for my 18th birthday. Decades later, I’m still happiest with a camera in my hand. The equipment has had a few upgrades since then, but my mantra remains the same: encourage my subjects to be themselves and the magic will follow.

I am a wife to David, who encourages me and believes in me in all the things I want to pursue. I am a dog mom to Belle, our 10yr old Border Collie mix who we rescued and Hazy Jayne, our 3yr old Olde English Bulldogge. My hobbies include collecting sneakers, houseplants, jigsaw puzzles, watching/playing sports, hiking, mountain biking, riding our atvs, camping in our RV with the pups, and visiting breweries/wineries.
